WHO WE ARE Weber Foundation Animal Network

Growing up with cats and dogs, Rosalie Lu Weber, the Founder, always shared a deep bond with them. Over the years, she rescued various cats, and in March 2018, Rosalie adopted a rescue German Shepherd Dog named Athena. Athena brought so much joy into Rosalie's life that she was inspired to give that same joy to others. This passion led Rosalie to foster more dogs and increasingly involve animal rescue efforts. Eventually, that journey led to the start-up of Weber Foundation Animal Network in late 2024.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve and protect the lives of animals in need by rescuing and fostering, primarily cats and dogs, supporting shelters and rescue organizations by providing financial assistance for essential veterinary care, including but not limited to spaying, neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and food. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, finding loving homes with qualified adopters.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every cat and dog has a safe, loving home and access to essential care. We strive to be a trusted support for shelters and rescue organizations, ensuring animals receive the medical attention and resources they need. Through education, advocacy, and compassionate action, we aim to foster a community that values and protects the lives of all animals.
